Yea, last week sucked lmao.....i swear im gonna do better! Goodness...i have no choice. my stomach isnt getting any smaller :(
Anyhoo today I had tuna on pumpernickel, a side salad and a handful of chips. Im about to eat dinner which is 1/2 salmon steak, spanish rice and a side salad. tomorrow i'll be back on the tuna. Im pretty broke right now so im eating whatever the hell is in my kitchen lol. I also have my darn period right now sooooo......yea. no working out for me!
