Okay...so today is Labor Day and I'm starting this workout regime and going to seriously try and stick to this darn vegeterian diet. I dunno how well that will work out, because I love meat. But i'm going to incorporate fish into my diet 2 days a week so that should keep me from craving meat. I hope!!

Tuesday - Powerflex
Wednesday - 15 minute abs OR Jillian Michaels b4 work
Thursday - Pilates and Cardio
Friday - Workout with Trainer
Saturday - REST
Sunday - REST
