Same Day........

Yea, today is STILL Tuesday lol. I decided to update b4 I went to bed. ok so tonight I went to the powerflex class with my buddy (hi! The only person who'll read this blog lmao) and it was pretty cool. Im so out of shape tho. sheesh. i was struggling and it wasnt even cardio related. I'll get better with time tho.

For lunch I had pizza :-( for breakfast I had those 3 darn strawberries smh. I ended up having a long dr's appt during the middle of the day which screwed me up as far as my meals and what not. But I ate a good dinner....not what i SAID I was gonna eat. But thats only because I forgot that I said I was gonna eat that stuff until I just logged on here and read it lmao! Anyhoo...this is what i ate:

1/2 cup brown rice
1 cup red beans
1 cup salad
4 oz salmon

I'm still doing my fat smash diet. Don't ask me wtf happened to the veggie thing lmao I swear...I have to do the one that includes fish. I think i'll go crazy without fish.

Anyhoo....tomorrow is a new day! I'll do way better!
