Hola! Ok so it's wednesday. I woke up extra early today for some odd reason. I have no idea why! But anyway, I cooked egg whites w/spinach, grits, and an english muffin. That doesn't sound TOO unhealthy to me, even tho I had cheese in the grits. But I got 2 plums and some grapes for lunch/snack so that should balance it all out.
Tonight I have school, but I'm going to eat some spinach, beans and salad tonight for dinner b4 I go. Take some trail mix as a snack.
My arms are hurting from that workout yesterday! And I didnt even do much. I know Friday is gonna kill my ass lmao good lord.
